Bamboo
Most commonly, "Japanese big-leaf magnolia" is often used as the haft of kitchen knives, but you can select a type of bamboo called a "phyllostachys bambusoides" for the haft as an option.
The bamboo that we are offering here is originally the bamboo used for "Japanese-style pole", and is made into the haft by using the technique of Japanese-style pole produced in Kawaguchi which is a prominent brand for bamboos.
